I just wanted to drop you a line of thanks.

I ordered a pair of boots back in November that arrived well packaged
and in good delivery time. I am yet to wear them as they will be part of
my Spring/Summer wardrobe this year, though I have tried them on and
they are a very comfortable fit.

I also wanted to draw attention to the card that came with the boots. It
was the most simplest of touches that effectively conveys a sincere
attention to detail and sense of 'old school' traditional customer
service that I imagine you and your family business have been providing
all these years on the high street. I understand you have recently
closed the shop but relieved and delighted to learn that you will still
be operating on line from home.
